Call Queue 2nd level

I would like to have the ability to add a second level of ringing to a call queue without removing the call from the queue and placing it in a second queue or overflow.  Example:

Ring All distribution

Call hits group 301 rings x101,102,103

after 30 seconds add x104,105,106 to ringing. 

After 1minute overflow the call to different destination.


We don't want to remove the call from the queue so there is no need to have a second status button on the phone to dequeue the call, as the dequeue extension has to be unique, and there is a limit of 6 call ques in the system.


The ability to add ring groups to a queue may work as well, I could set up a first group and then use linear hunting to add a second group.
