Adtran 3448 not responding via LAN or serial

Hi

I have a Adtran 3448 wich is not responding at all. can't connect via lan or serial.

is there a way to hard reset?

- Unfortunately, there is no hard reset button available on the NetVanta 3448.

Are you using a known working console cable? You will want to make sure that it is a straightthrough serial cable. The following link explains how you can test if the cable is good: Re: NetVanta 1234 Serial issue  If you are able to get a console connection, then you will want to follow this guide to defaulting the 3448:

If you are still unable to console into the router, then you will want to call Adtran Technical Support for further troubleshooting. You can contact them in the following ways:

- Open a webticket by clicking on this link: Create a Service Request

- Open a ticket by emailing support@adtran.com

- Open a ticket by phone by calling 1-888-423-8726
