Do the entries in a phone's entension dial strings override the phone system's global dial plan?
I have a phone system comprised of 7100 and 7060 routers, and IP601 and IP706 phones. I've experienced inconsistencies with dialing numbers, and am wondering how the extension dial strings for each phone interact with the global dial plan.
