Today we have a Adtran 908E 3rd Gen sharing a 25x3 COAX circuit that we have configured as a PRI. Over the last several weeks the client is not able to make or receive calls, once we reboot the Adtran calls start working again. Within the traffic Monitor we see spikes at the time they can not receive or make calls. Any suggestion on correcting this issue or what we can check?
Denise, I would suggest opening a ticket up with support if you have not already. This is likely going to require some debug set up to run in the background while waiting for the issue to occur again. Thanks
