Call forwarding to other phones

I am updating this ticket since I found an old ticket that I had done something similar but I can't get it to work now.

First off I am working in ECS version 4.6.3.7336

I need to forward several users to different phone numbers on an outside system.  I also, want to do it immediately, with no ring delay.

I found some help from back in 2013 but currently I can't get the procedure he describes to work.

I am creating the dial plan, but keep getting a 404 error

Under "Gateway" or "host" put the hostname or IP address of the SIP gateway or remote system as appropriate.

Under "digits to skip" put 4, as the original has four digits.

Put the number to call as either a prefix or suffix (it doesn't matter as the original digits will all be stripped.)
