Callback from Voice mail

Jump to solution

This is a question related to the "callback" feature from a mail box. Here is the scenario:

I am logged into my voicemail box.

I am listening to my voice mails.

I select one message and I callback the sender.

I talk with the sender.

I finish the conversation.

Question: Does the system return me to my mail box, or I have to call back and log in again?

Thank you,

Mike

Mike,

When using the callback feature from voicemail the call will be transferred.  After that transferred call is ended (by either party) you will not be returned to your voicemail box.  You will have to call back and log in again.

Thanks,

Matt
