Trouble with IP Phones

Everything was working fine up until yesterday. Apaarently one of the the 1283 POE Switches went bad and now the VOIP phones are not working. They are configured with static IP's as they are using a different router which is connected to one of the switches and then each switch is piggy backed into eachother.

We have internet and even plugged in a small 4 port POE switch and a few phones and they work fine but as soon as we plug one of the Adtran switches into this and a phone into the Adtran we cannot ping the phone and then phone shows no service. We have nothing else plugged into the Adtran switch. Does anyone have any Ideas?

Thanks

Thank you for asking this question in the support community.  Based on the information you provided, it appears the phones are being powered by the POE provided from the ADTRAN switch, but the problem is the phones are not pulling their configuration from the server?

What model of phones are you using?

Is the ADTRAN switch providing DHCP for the phones, or only being used for POE?

If you get a chance, will you please answer these questions, as well as reply with the current configuration of the ADTRAN switch (please make sure to remove any information that may be sensitive to your organization).
