IP 700 Series Boot error (not resolve)

Hi,

after 7100 upgrade and firmware for Ip 700 series, when the phone boot I have this message: Language XML parse....

I trying the disconnect and reconnect the phone... but i have the same probleme.

Were you able to revive this phone?  Also, can you confirm if you are using the French language files?

Try defaulting the phone and re-provision it:

From the idle screen of a registered phone:

1. Press the Menu key.

2. Select Phone Settings.

3. Select Reset.

4. Press the Edit softkey.

5. Press the Factory softkey

Was your phone running French language software? If the language files for the phone were not updated as well, that could be the cause of the issue.

No, I not able to revive this phone. I have 2 phones with a same problem,  Yes, we use the French language file!
