Hello community,
First time poster here! I have an issue with a Polycom 650 IP phone with 3 expansion modules installed on the side. They never populates and remain empty.They worked fine for quite a while until we tried changing some extensions on the status group and push the config back to the phone... They then went blank. Even tho I set the phone config with 3 expansion modules, use status group that fills all empty buttons, nothing, nada, niette!
Is there something I am doing wrong?
Any way to test the side panels to see if they work?
Any help is appreciated
