    SIP 500 Server Internal Error

    robert.michaelian New Member

I have an TA 908e G2 with the firmware version of A4.08.00.E with sip proxy transparent feature enabled on it with 180 IP phones behind it.

I have a report that end users when they make outbound call they get busy signal intermittently.

I have done the following debug on the unit:

      debug sip stack message

      debug sip proxy routing

Below is the output of the debug:

Now, I need to know why the Adtran unit could not reserve NAT ports for the request from the IP phone.

After the rebooting the unit the issue resolved.

      Thanks,
