SIP 500 Server Internal Error

I have an TA 908e G2 with the firmware version of A4.08.00.E with sip proxy transparent feature enabled on it with 180 IP phones behind it.

I have a report that end users when they make outbound call they get busy signal intermittently.

I have done the following debug on the unit:

debug sip stack message

debug sip proxy routing

Now, I need to know why the Adtran unit could not reserve NAT ports for the request from the IP phone.

After the rebooting the unit the issue resolved.

Mr. Michaelian,

I found that this error is being worked through a normal Technical Support ticket.  We will update this forum post when we have worked through the issue.

The Technical Support ticket has been idle for some time.  Please let us know if we can reproduce this issue or if we can be of further assistance.  At this point, I'm going to mark this question as "assumed answered".  However, we would be glad to work with you again should you decide to revisit this issue.
