    [SOLVED] Fowarded FXO lines hear Auto Attendant message over call

      Our 7100 is having an interesting issue. One of the FXO lines is configured to forward to an outside line, by setting the Default Trunk Number as the outside line, and disabling the DID. When this number is dialed it should just forward normally. Instead, when the line is called it will ring, get picked up by the auto attendant, continue ringing and then be picked up by the final destination. Even after being picked up, the auto attendant message continues playing. Both the person who answered and the auto attendant have terrible audio quality, but the AT itself is extremely fuzzy and lower volume.

       

      How do i go about disabling the Auto Attendant for this FXO line?
