    BSC 1200 reboot

      Hi all,

       

      Need your help for the BSC 1200 reboot issue approximately 4-6 times  a day.

       

      Please see the attached file for the configuration backup and show tech and console output

          Hi Eric,

          I have downloaded the logs, debug and backup file. I might suggest you delete them so they are not available to everyone. I will review them and advise. This issue might be more well suited for a tech support case but let me give the files a preliminary review and advise.

              Eric,

              I have reviewed the logs and such and unfortunately I'm unable to see the root cause. We will need further information/troubleshooting but could you open a support case? I think this type of issue is more suited for a trouble ticket.
