    Fast Busy

      I'm unable to make calls using a standard Polycom 560 phone; I just get a fast busy.  The phones are registered.  I can make calls using a soft phone though.  So far I've been unable to determine why.  Any ideas?

          I see you opened up a support ticket for this issue.  It looks like there were multiple items in the configuration that had to be adjusted and ended up resolving this issue.  I am going to mark this thread as assumed answered, but please feel free to respond to this post if you still need assistance or to provide any additional information others can benefit from related to the resolution.
