    User Not Available (VPN)

      Hi!!!!!

       

      I have a VPN running, Central (NV 7100) - Remote (NV 3130), configure an Aastra 55i IP Phone (Ext. 2195) close behind the NV 3130, I can make calls (extensions and local), if an extension registered by the IP Public (softphone Ext. 2138) call the remote extension (2195) tells me that is not available.

       

       

      Can you help me please?

          Aastra phones are not officially supported with the NetVanta 7100.  That does not mean it will not work though.  Can you reply with the output from a debug voice verbose and debug sip stack messages while recreating this issue?
