    AOS R10.5.0 and R10.6.0 Supplemental Errata for FindMe-FollowMe in NetVanta 7000 Series

      One-way audio on FMFM call with press to accept


      Description

      Call from PRI to extension with FMFM which calls internal extension with no-press-to-accept AND calls external number on same PRI with press-to-accept will result in one-way audio.

      Configuration Resolution

      1. Administrator changes FMFM from “enhanced” to “basic” under Voice User Accounts.
      2. Administrator or user configures the FMFM script action for the internal call with the "press-to-accept" option.
      3. Administrator or user configures FMFM with ring-back disabled. Calling party hears the courtesy greeting (if configured) and music-on-hold instead of ring-back.

      One-way audio on FMFM call with no press to accept


      Description

      Local extension dials a user with FMFM. FMFM calls more than one external number outbound on a SIP trunk using the “And” action script.  Both external numbers are configured for “no-press-to-accept”. All but the last dialed external numbers will have one-way audio.

      One way audio when a simple remote phone user calls an internal application (ring group, FMFM, or a call queue, and a local phone user answers)


      FMFM Description

      Placing a call from a simple remote phone to a user with FMFM configured for ringback-only and script action to a local phone withno-press-to-accept” will result in one-way audio.  The local phone will not be able to hear the remote user.

       

      Configuration Resolution

      1. Administrator or user configures FMFM with ring-back disabled. Calling party hears the courtesy greeting (if configured) and music-on-hold instead of ring-back.

      Place a call from a simple remote phone to a ring group and answer the call with a local member. The local member of the ring group will not be able to hear the remote user.

      Configure a call queue with ringback only and do not use any greetings.
      Place a call from a simple remote phone to the call queue configured with “ringback-only” and no greetings.  Answer the call with a local member. The local member of the call queue will not be able to hear the remote user.

      1. Administrator or user configures call queue with ring-back disabled. Calling party hears the initial greeting (if configured) and music-on-hold instead of ring-back.
