    Need help accessing NetVanta 3205

      Hi,

      I found a Netvanta 3205 router (P/N 1200870L1) in the office and I have not been able to access it. I gave my laptop a static ip (10.10.10.2), but when I type in the ip address for the router (10.10.10.1) nothing happens. On the bottom of the internet explorer screen I see "Waiting for response from ieframe.dll". If I use the explorer windows troubleshooting feature, I get: Remote device or resource won't accept the connection. Can somebody please help me? Thanks in advance!

          Thank you for asking this question in the support community.  Unfortunately, there are multiple reasons you may not be able to connect via the GUI.  First, if you "found the unit in your office," then most likely it doesn't have the factory default configuration on it, and therefore, the IP address may have been changed, or the web interface disabled, or the firewall enabled.
