    setting up a new extension

      we just hired a new person so a got a phone from the back and setup an extension for her the phone works fine for incoming calls and outgoing to office phones, but it wont do any outbound calls outside the office any ideas?

      the phone is sound point ip 430

       

      and our pbx is NetVanta 7100

          Rodney - You may want to check the COS-Class of Service settings for this user to make sure they can dial an outside number. If that is set fine and same as other users who can dial outside, then you may want to check how this user is different from the other users on the system.
