touristsis - Would you be able to post your configuration to this thread for us to review (remember to remove any sensitive information)? There are several possible reasons one may not be able to log into their device. Also, are you getting a login prompt or a "webpage cannot be displayed" message?

With Cisco there is a command you need to enter called Authentication Local. Not sure if the same applies here, but I would imagine it's something similar.
I found the answer. I type in the command no ip http authentication
