Sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean by "tap" or "two destinations" configuration of your TA3010. I need to know what application your TA3010 is set up for i.e. TDM/Repeater shelf, ATM/DSLAM, etc, etc? Please provide the P/Ns of the Modules you have deployed along with a more detailed description of what you're trying to accomplish configuration wise for "tap & two destinations".
I'm trying to use the TA as a groomer and/or tap, but I'm not able to get the links in an UP status.
I'm using a 4 E1/T1 card. I already configured the system with the E1 specifications.
I don't understand what you mean by a third exit. Please provide a detailed description. I know you're using the TA3010 chassis, but I need the specific P/Ns of the modules you have deployed in the TA3010 and their basic provisioning.
I'm working with a TA3010, and I'm trying to use it as a TAP/Groomer for a customer.
The cards I'm using on the TA3010 are:
1 x 1181018L3 (SCU)
1 x 1182022L1 (DS0TSIMX)
2 x 1181402L1 (DSX/E1)
The customer is delivering 4 cables per E1 (Tx_Tip, Rx_Tip, Tx_Ring, Rx_Ring).
I connected the cables according to Tx and Rx indications on the Rear connections Panel; but the links go to a DOWN status.
Either I'm making a wrong connection or missing something on the config.
Can you give me a hand?
