    NO HA

    dalicea New Member

What does a NO HA Active user status mean in V2_3_0_09? Under the Status > Active Users page, I have a site that often times has users with that as their Status, instead of Active or Time Out or Location Mismatch.

      Thank you,

NO HA stands for No Home Agent. This can occur for two reasons.

          1. HA Failover event.
          2. The AP currently servicing the client does not know of any other AP that can service the client's network.
