Voicemail greetings did not restore from backup

I lost a 7060 router during a firmware upgrade, and have restored everything except voicemail greetings. The files are there, but the greetings do not play and voicemail asks users to record new ones when they log in.

Mary, assuming this is still an issue, please reply with "debug voice mail" when attempting to dial into someone's voicemail. If it is not still an issue, please share the resolution if you don't mind. Thanks

We just had folks re-create the greetings to get them fixed in a timely manner.
