I have a customer who has been using 7100 for the past one year.
Recently, their inbound callers on hearing the greeting message and dialed the correct extension, the call simply disconnected itself when the called party pickup the call.
Inbound callers calling DID users were able to converse with called party when hook off but call will disconnect when attempting call transfer. Internal call transfer was ok.
Any advice is appreciated. See attached config & debug files showing Calling party=82883884, Called party ext=115.
Clarence, can you please capture "debug voice verbose" and "debug sip stack message" running at the same time during a failed transfer? Thanks
