    NV7100 command that releases Park status when park is hung ?

      Is there a command that will release (clear) a park status ?   We have a box where one or multiple parks get hung.  Currently I am rebooting the 7100 afterhours to resolve the issue. It would be nice if there was a manual way to clear the park while in production.  The problem was happening every other day on AOS v. 11.6.   I rolled back AOS to 11.4.3 and now this problem occurs once every two weeks on one or multiple parks.

          I am having the same issue on my 7100 and rebooting afterhours to clear the problem, Support was not able to help and have been living with issue for awhile now.

            You can try running the CLI command "show voice call summary active" to see if any active calls to the ParkApp are showing up.  If there is an active call you can run the command "clear voice call <CallID>" to clear that call from the system. See the example below.  If an active park call is not showing then a reboot would likely be required to clear the Park status.

            If you are having a persistent issue with parked calls not clearing properly, please open a support case so we can investigate further.

                I am useless with CLI

                Cannot get to the 7100,  I will call support and have them check.

                  Thank you for the reply Charles.  I waited for the customer to have this problem again and the commands did not work to clear the park light.  However I did notice if I tried to pickup the hung park it would stack up.  I could clear those that stacked up but the park light / status would not clear from phones.
