    Adtran UC and Cisco Phones

      I set up some test DID's on some User's phone via the UC Server. When I went to remove the DID's from the phone inside the server the DID's remove just find. The only problem I have is that the DID still shows on the Cisco phones as another line Button and haves a X beside it. It is not able to be use. My question is how do i get the line to remove all together?

          You can factory default the phone, and that will force it to redownload the config file.
