    Netvanta 1550-48 PoE stuck in a loop. After a power failure my Netvanta 1550-48 PoE started looping and getting irresponsive with  the "m_socket Fd(-1) is not a valid descriptor. connect: Connection refused" message. All I could do was to use bootstrap an

      After a power failure my Netvanta 1550-48 PoE started looping and getting irresponsive with  the "m_socket Fd(-1) is not a valid descriptor. connect: Connection refused" message. All I could do was to use bootstrap and bypass the startup config file. Then I just copied and pasted the old startup configuration file.  I saved and it was working fine.
