The context of this issue is as follow: I am using a TA924e to deliver some POTS lines. When I leave a message on the voice mail server, the TA924e did not receive any SIP NOTIFY message (I see the VM server notify the switch). Dropping out one line form this TA924e and provisioning it on another TA924e within the same AOS version and the same configuration (the line still provisioned on the same switch), I receive the SIP NOTIFY message and the light turn on on the telephone device.
Is there someone can help on that?
If all software and AOS is the same on both 924E's, and your physical connections are solid, your problem may only be resolved by rebooting the router where the sip notify is not received and monitor it to see if the condition is alleviated.
