I am new to AdTran so this may be an easy question.
My iPBX was just upgraded and we are now having issues with our SIP calls not being transferred to our voicemail system properly due to a change in SIP messaging from the iPBX. When we ran this by our ITSP we were told that we are sending a "Delayed Offer Support" SIP message that is not supported by the ITSP, so we need to disable this and/or include SDP information in the SIP invite.
I have looked in the NetVanta guides as well as the support forums with no solid answers to help me out.
Would anyone here either know how to make the needed change or if there is another workaround that could be used?
