    Netvanta 7100 - Caller ID name not displayed through Queue?

      Hey'all.

       

      So, I have calls routing through a call queue, with a prefix based on which queue they're in. When it hits the phones, it's using PRE_########## (prefix + caller number).

       

      The client would like to have the customer name displayed, after the prefix if possible.

       

      I checked the ISDN PRI debug, Display name shows up on most calls (unless unavailable to wireless calls).

       

      I have isdn name-delivery display enable under the PRI.

       

      Is it possible to pass the name through a queue??

       

      Any help appreciated!
