We have a 7100 PBX. We can recv calls. We can initiate calls but when it breaks dial tone will only start the timer and nothing. Any thoughts?
Are you able to access the CLI of the 7100?
If so enter the following debug commands and put the output in a text document and attach it to your reply.
debug voice verbose
debug sip stack messages
debug sip cldu
Enter debug commands and then try and place an outbound call.
