We have a mixture of 924 2nd Gen and 900e gateways. Over the last 6 months or so we have been having issues with lost dial tone and unable to break dial tone. Going over logs we have had reports of "possible cabling " which is a slow process of gathering logs and getting these issues looked at. After sometime those issues seem to have died down after troubleshooting and reversing polarity. We are still having issues of loss of dial tone on several of analog extensions and a "reboot" of the gateway will usually fix this. Reboot not really being the solution. Is there anything else we could be looking at? I have noticed there are "out of order packets" showing in Call Quality and RTP stats. Could this be causing the issue?
